Accessibility Statement

Last Updated June 3, 2026

Privacy Bee, LLC (“Privacy Bee,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to our website and mobile applications (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. They define three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. The Services are partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, meaning that while we strive to meet the standard, some portions of the content may not yet fully conform.

2. Measures We Take

To support accessibility, Privacy Bee:

(a) builds with semantic HTML and WAI-ARIA roles so the Services work with assistive technologies;

(b) supports full keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators;

(c) maintains sufficient color contrast and scalable, responsive layouts that adapt to zoom and small screens;

(d) provides text alternatives for meaningful images and respects the “reduce motion” system preference;

(e) considers accessibility in our design and development process and reviews the Services on an ongoing basis.

3. Compatibility

The Services are designed to be compatible with recent versions of major web browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge) and commonly used assistive technologies, including current screen readers and browser zoom. The Services rely on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WAI-ARIA; if any of these technologies is unavailable or unsupported, some functionality may be limited.

4. Limitations and Alternatives

Despite our best efforts, some content on the Services may not yet be fully accessible. We are working to identify and remediate these areas. If you encounter a barrier or need information in an alternative format, please contact us using the details below and we will work with you to provide the information or service you need.

5. Feedback and Contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of the Services. If you experience an accessibility barrier, or need assistance or an accessible alternative, please contact us:

Email: support@privacybee.com

Please describe the issue, the page or feature involved, and the assistive technology or browser you were using. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within five (5) business days.

6. Assessment and Ongoing Improvement

Privacy Bee evaluates the accessibility of the Services through ongoing internal review and updates this Statement as the Services evolve. This Statement will be revised as we make further improvements.

This Statement should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Terms of Service.
